  • Customers have you install a system that includes LCBS Connect and a qualifying VFD and CO2 sensor.

  • Salt River Project will incentivise them with a rebate of $300 per ton — enough to cover a large portion of the equipment cost. 

  • For example, a light commercial building running 10-ton cooling equipment could receive a $3,000 rebate.

QUALIFICATIONS 
ELIGIBILITY 
  1. Controller must be capable of demand limiting and must provide variable fan control, demand control ventilation (DCV) and outside-air economizer control. 

  2. Retrofit installations on existing units where existing controls are present are not eligible. Controller must be installed on existing air-cooled packaged rooftop units serving as contest-volume (CV) systems and utilizing direct-expansion (DX) cooling technology.

  3. New construction installations are not eligible.
