TERMS:
I hereby acknowledge the fact that I am of legal age and free to disclose the submission, that no third party has any rights therein, that any information submitted by me is not secret or submitted in confidence, and that this nor any subsequent submission whether related to this material or not does not in any way establish any confidential relationship between Honeywell and me. In consideration of Honeywell's examination of my submission, I understand and agree that Honeywell shall not be obligated to me in any way with respect to any of my submissions unless it later enters into a formal written contract with me, and then only according to the terms of that contract; and I hereby release Honeywell from any liability to me for any use of my submissions unless and until such use is covered by such contract or is finally determined by legal proceeding to constitute infringement of any valid patent which I now own or may hereafter obtain. I further understand and agree that none of the material furnished or to be furnished by me for use by Honeywell in considering my submissions need be returned to me nor does Honeywell assume any obligation to inform me of the details of its evaluation of any submission.
