Registration Scheduling Changes. A processing fee of 25% of tuition applies to any change involving the cancellation of a student’s seat or transfer request to another class. The deadline for cancellation/transfer of a student registration is two weeks prior to the start of class or the seat will be billed. This is needed to allow students on any waiting list sufficient time to register and complete the prerequisite requirements. Registrations cancelled prior to the deadline can be transferred to later class. Registrations cancelled after the deadline and “No Shows” for class sacrifice the tuition payment and the ability to transfer the registration to another course date.

Once your application has been APPROVED, you will be CONFIRMED via an email. The specific training location will be provided to you during the CONFIRMATION process. Until your seat(s) have been CONFIRMED, it is strongly recommended that you do not make travel accommodations. Note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class so it is further recommend that you make only refundable travel accommodations.
