PANDEMIC READY - Phoenix Controls Airflow Control for Health Care

For a direct response to changing healthcare conditions, Phoenix Controls critical air flow control enables immediate patient room conversions. Activated by either a BMS remote command or a local wall switch, in seconds rooms are changed from normal to Pandemic Mode to ensure isolation.
Pandemic Mode overrides normal control to achieve immediate negative room pressure without re-balancing, ensuring the integrity of surrounding spaces and the safety of patients and staff. Return air is shut off and exhaust airflow increased with the supply valve tracked by the exhaust to maintain a negative offset. Airflow in the adjacent corridor is adjusted accordingly.
With a Phoenix Controls pressure monitor wired into a room, the monitor sounds an alarm and displays a color-coded status banner to alert the healthcare staff while continuing to show live data for pressure, Air Change per Hour (ACH), temperature, and humidity.
Once the crisis is past, on command the room can be seamlessly changed to decontamination mode, then reverted to normal use without down time or lengthy transitions.
